So, when we went to incorporate the Intel® RealSense™ T261 into our design, we found that the NOVASTACK connector on it was rather exotic, and there was no off-the-shelf adapter that we could use. So, of course, we made one. While we originally intended this adapter only as a means of connecting it to our North Star Integrator hub, it turned out that there are some of you who just want to use a T261 and plug it into a normal USB port. Go figure!
So here we have an adapter to connect to the other end of the ribbon that plugs into the T261 NOVASTACK adapter. This adapter provides access to the T261’s USB 3 and USB 2 pins via a female USB-C connector..
It can be used with any USB-C cable that supports data transfer, but make sure it supports USB-C if you want to stream the stereocam data from the T261, and not just the 6DOF pose data.
