1. How to earn RP (Reward Points)?
   RPs can be earned by purchasing goods or using our services such as PCBA & part sourcing. 1 RP will be accumulated for each $1 spent.

   
   

2. Where to check my RP?
   You can check your RP at "Your Reward Point". It is located at your account details when you sign in via www.smart-prototyping.com

   
   

3. How to use RP?
   RP can be used upon checkout on www.smart-prototyping.com. you can also use RP via email when you use our services, such as PCB assembling.

   
   

4. Can I use RP while applying the coupon code?
   Yes, both can be used at the same time.

   
   

5. Can I exchange RP with a money value?
   No, RP can only be used for placing orders.

   
   

6. For the usage of the RP, every 100 RPs equivalent to $4. And you can use the RPs to waived the amount. For example:
   Your PCBA price is $1000 and you have 500 RPs in your account. Total amount waived is 500 RP = $20, thus you only pay $980.
